    What is even the connection between Apple and Nintendo? That feels so random to me

    Apple Arcade gets games exclusively for a year. After a year, the developer is free to bring the game to any platform they choose. The exception is Android- Apple permanently bans Arcade games from releasing on Android. If you look at any popular Arcade titles, chances are very high they are also on Xbox, Switch, PS5, and Steam.
