Extremely RNG heavy, be warned. Ideally you want 2 TM MPRs, damage control first bar so we can skip the first Iron Defense then blitz second bar getting as much damage in before the Iron Defense comes out. We’re really praying we don’t get hit by Regirock at all but fortunately he uses a lot of moves with less than perfect accuracy.
