Does anyone have a list of games where DLC isn't available due to it being preorder dlc, other exclusive membership dlc or limited time dlc.
Some examples are:
Sonic Frontiers shoes
Sonic Superstars comic style, modern amy and lego eggman
Sonic Forces Shadow costume
Capcom fighting collection soundtrack and art
