The fact that they can monitor everything you and you're kid can do on a phone is scary. I'm starting to think they don't have the man power to fix gbl, I took a look at their career open position an they have a lot of position for software engineering.
It doesn't matter how much you spend there a greedy company
If you decline the new terms and conditions you won't be able to sign in until you accept it's states you have 30 days to change your mind yet I haven't found anything where this is possible so basically they're saying let us access your phones or don't play anymore
Pokemon company or whoever partners with niantic needs to cone together and just settle the difference and buy out Niantic contract to them it's always the playerbase fault never niantic fault and when comes time to own up there b.s mistake they make the game even worse. This game is just becoming more and more just not fun and more like a hassle and give me your money. No communication no recognition nothing just the the playerbase fault. I don't let noone use my account I don't cheat I don't spoof I do everything right that this gaming company wants you to do. So yeah when the game unfair and broken people will speak up what does this company expect.
They took the ubisoft approach
My favourite part is the one that says your account will be terminated after a period of inactivity and yet they dont state what the period is
Same with even your own house… you pay it off you still MUST pay rates…. in affect you NEVER own it.
Thank you for saying how we all feel. And thank you for saying it in the tone that you did. We hate that they own everything we’ve worked so hard for at our real life jobs. We hate that they’re going to be able to legally track our data and view what apps we have downloaded on our phones. Had I known that they were going to come out with these bs TOS after I’ve spent so many hard earned dollars on the game, I wouldn’t have started.
the only time i signed up for class action law suit was a month ago for sharing our data with facebook. to be fair they cant just ban everyone if we signed up a month before putting down a new tos after. i think that alone could end up being a new law suit. no one gonna trust niantic after this tos
Im a spoofer with lots of accounts.
All being played on 1 automated device.
After this new agreement, ban rates have gone up about 500%.
Even without doing anything except spoofing to raid, accounts are getting banned.
Cool down timer doesnt matter anymore.
They just care about the amount of activity being done per device
The new term and service as about as sketchy as downloading audio on limewire

They try to kill Pokémon Go but sadly they cant get the Players from the Game. Hope they just sell it to someone cares.

I havent played this game in a long time. This company has 0 intention of looking after their community. Its profit 1st eventhing else is secondary. I wish the wholo POGO community would abandon the game for a while to show the real power that players do have

I used to spend about 200$ worth on this game(local currency equivalent). But that's going to be like 5-10$ at max. Only for the good event tickets, that's it.
If vloggers will stop spending money into this game things would've changed in good in Pokemon GO. Paying Niantic show's them that you like the content.
GBL was killed by 2 things: LAG & PVPoke and other resources for stats and meta. All you see the lag and the same shit pokemon played by everyone because PVPoke exists and other resources that takes the fun from playing PVP.
