I don't know I'm only able to raid remotely and usually I do the 20 across the world the day before mine starts so I do approx 30 to 40. However I do not have shiny luck at all with mega raids this is like the 5th event I've done and got no shiny. I really believe the odds are increased if your in person. My luck cannot be that bad every single raid day
I played the whole event. The full 6 hours, walking from raid to raid with a group. 54 raids total, 4 shiny. Nothing too good, no hundo or anything nice. But we had fun 🙂

i got today 71 rare candy xl and i have now 96 xl rare candy i am happy i buy that ticket the grind was on fire

I bought the ticket and did all the in person raids and didn’t receive a single xl for defeating Lucario but got the one guarantee after catching so maybe remote odds are better? Also no shiny but I got 2- 14,15,15s

Literally got my first shundo/shlundo today! I got it before my raid day even started lol

So I’m guessing IF you purchased the mega lucario ticket event you get a shiny boost. I did 40 remote raids, 20 before it released and 20 the day it released here, and no shiny to be found. Got a hundo out of it so can’t complain too much but at the end of the day it’s just RNG I guess
on my first 10 raids I didn't get any xl candy for winning raids, only the guaranteed one for catching lucario. Pretty sure niantic forgot to activate that bonus on the first hour.

Completed 61 raids in all. Got 89 rare xl for my 98 solgaleo.

I got a total of 29 rare candy xl just from in person raids. This was definitely worth it.
I'm currently hanging onto my Xl candies for Arceus.
But think this was actually the first event this year I actually liked since Lucario was within my top 3 favorite Pokemon and been waiting on Mega Lucario for 4 years without using megas plus liked getting all the XL candies. Think I actually like this even better than Go fest although I didn't necessarily hate this years Go fest. Suppose I need to do more mega raids since I got a lot of them to evolve 30 times.

Did 8 in person raids cuz I didnt feel like remote raiding. Got a hundo and 2 shinies, one of the being decent ivs. Also got a 15/14/14 that ima use as a force palm raid attacker.
So am getting more passes
My country was given another Mega day. there is like no limit to raid passes even for non ticket holders. i played 15 mega raid and hv 24 XL rare candy. i was already too tired after 3 hrs. i suspect it will give more free passes if i wanted to play.

Got a 96% Shiny. Level 40 and never had a shundo. So close. Now, what I'm really waiting for is Mega Mewtwo Y. I have a best buddy 89% Mewtwo with almost 4500cp. That will be a great day also. Hopefully Niantic doesn't wait two years for it.
Yes, it redo the mega raid on Sunday (certain region) and free upgrade non ticket user to ticket benefit (19free pass XL , 30k xp+++) 🎉
I enjoyed lucario day and I just got a remote raid pass from field research 7 day reward. We aren’t hard to please these are wins Niantic. we want this game to succeed.
Caught 3 shinnies and my best I.V.s were 93 %, even though, this was one of the best events in Pokemon Go. All events should be like this. Giving players reasons to participate. The extra free passes and the guaranteed XL Rare Candies when Lucario was caught, make the ticket worth.
The Sunday makeup (in Perth/ +8) was amazing! Didn't get the ticket but got the 20 raids on sunday (as well as the 7 free saturday raids). As a free player it made it better than go fest for me.
