    I had a feeling I’d happen after its absence in the June Direct. All the stuff Level-5 announced after their return has constantly been delayed or completely MIA (Decapolice, the new Professor Layton). I wonder if they got too carried away with those projects.

    Well, it’s not that I don’t have stuff to play in this **PACKED** latter half of the year (FDC: Emio the Smiling Man, Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Super Mario Party Jamboree, Dragon Quest III, Mario & Luigi: Brothership). But this Fantasy Life sequel was the game I was most personally excited for after loving the 3DS one for its mix of RPG mechanics and Animal Crossing-esque Life Simulation.

    With a packed latter 2024, maybe they thought it best to move to a less busy time.

    I have been looking forward to this for so long! Getting impatient but also happy that they are delaying it. Gives me the impression that they think the game is good and want it to be as good as possible…

    If it would be mediocre they probably would have want to get it out sooner

    I think I have gotten to the point now where anytime I hear I game has been delayed it almost feels better. Games are so often coming out ‘unfinished’ because people are being overworked and meet unreasonable deadlines that even when it comes out a lot of them are incomplete or unplayable and you have to wait for patches to fully experience it anyways.

    No worries guys.

    As long as the planned release for the Super Switch 64 goes ahead tomorrow for free in my living room with Mario Odyssey 2, A link to the past Remaster, Mario Kart 9 and Metroid Prime 4 I’m absolutely okay.

    I’m actually relieved. Between this, Metaphor Refantazio, Romancing SaGa 2, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, and a bunch of smaller titles I’m forgetting, October is packed for me and I only have so much money.
