As we're approaching the end of the Switch's lifecycle, what are the games you've enjoyed the most that you know haven't really broken through to the masses?
Could be either indie, a niche 3rd party game or even a Nintendo game that dramatically underperformed. What are the great games you think of that best fit that definition?
Personally I immediately think of Thumper, a rhythm game mixed with something like Punch-Out — demanding quick reflexes and pattern recognition. Coated in a layer of cosmic horror. If you manage to beat it, it leaves you with a sense of strong accomplishment and existential dread. Straight up masterpiece in my eyes.
