For me it’s the shadows that need the iv floor changes! Especially the 5 star raids. You do the raids and get a shadow Mew two that is a 1/1/1 come on

I think they added Mimikyu Hat early on as it was instantly popular among the fan base, and Gen 7, Sun and Moon, Alola Region was released at November of 2016
So they added the hat the first Halloween after the release, whihc is 2017
Similar to how they have added new costume items for each game's release
Though not sure why they still haven't put it in game yet as it is just a regular Pokémon

Mimikyu and spiritomb is not the same.. Mimikyu can be found in the wild in the main series. Spiritomb has always been more, special.
So its safe to assume that we will see it wild. Probably just as rare as dreepy 😅
I'll be praying 🙏 that it isn't a purchasable mythical type of thing like marshadow

I really hope Mimikyu gets released this Halloween!! It's been teased several times! They would do this ish with my favorite Pokémon!!
I did 7 falinks raids using only free passes. We can’t let Niantic get away with the worst raid day ever. 3 star raid day featuring a mon with 0 relevance AND no legacy/new move, not paying anything for this
If they are adding form change Pokémon, this and Honedge line need to be in the game soon, as well as always update the UI and such too
