This is a relatively easy UB, the stage gimmick is similar to LA’s Latios except she constantly boosts her stats so you gotta opt for units that debuffs quickly and consistently.
So I brought the kanto pair to handle that, with Blue being the tank as well. Summer Marnie is my on-type nuker of choice, but honestly any other options would be just fine if not better.
