Just join a campfire community and get promo rewards when you check in on weekly events
around 7:00. take that into consideration one pass were way cheaper back then. They increased price for passes after the lock down of the pandemic.
If you're an in person raider, the 5425 box is about as good as it gets! 52 coins a pass? Then cheaper/ftp coins?! yes please.
I think the last major event with the 100 pokecoin remote raid pass was hoenn mega raid day, niantic is really just destroying their game

I’m recently back to the game and was confused about the boxes and the “% off” in the shop.
I give myself a budget monthly for hobbies so I will spend $ on PoGo but I’m picky and try to just get things that I’ll use. The best deal IMO was the coin pass. I lucked out that a stop got put in across the street from me so I don’t need to worry about balls. I’d like more revives and potions though at least until the fix raids.

A few weeks back I was up late and I was in the game doing stuff when I noticed 2 new bundles in the shop. One for 150 coins and the other for 95. The 95 one wasn’t anything special but the 150 one contained 1 Pokéball, 1 potion, and 3 raid passes; I bought it immediately! Also those 2 weren’t actually supposed to be in the shop because they had no box image and their name were “koreaseptember100.1_title” and “koreaseptember200.1_title” and about a half hour later they were then gone. lol 😂
There is Raid Box now for 425c (2 Remote 2 Green) As for now it's fixed, but earlier it literally LIED that it's worth 810 coins, it's 590 xD

IMO the only box worth buying every single time now is the one with 10 Starpieces, Lucky Eggs and Poffins in it for like 750 coins. Cheap and effective.
Just open gifts 😂instead of using your poke coins to buy poke balls, I get so many balls from gifts
IMHO opening my gifts is sus when I need balls (constantly getting healing items is frustrating) seems like a method Niantic is using to push trainers to consider shopping 👎🏻

The game was rigged from the start. I bought a lot of passes for Zacian and guess what? The moment you do more than one raid per day it raises the difficulty to catch the boss

If you buy a lot of incubators, try the 7000 coin box. 50 of each incubator for a total of 70 coins an incubator! If you use cash to pay for store Pokecoins the cost per incubator in USD comes out to 42 cents an incubator! If you want in person raid passes, the 5425 box costs 33 cents a pass! The overall point being it can be a good deal, depending what you're looking for!
The boxes are crap if they want to sell something useful in bulk bundles then the only things in those boxes should be like regular tm since they wont let use choose the moves we want to tm or other high usage items. I would rather personally pay for balls tms and incubators in bulk bundles not all the rest of the stuff. Especially since if they do it with remote raids we can only do 5 remote a day anyway.
It definitely is. A 3 pack of premium raid passes was always 250 pokecoins, they just raised the price to 300 and now it says they're 15% off for the low price of 250! They literally think we are stupid.

I miss the adventure box with incubators! 1480 coins. I hate all these custom boxes–a group of us compared our boxes and everyone had different boxes and prices. And why are they using pinaps as Styrofoam peanuts in every box?
Does Niantic think we're stupid. We know that 3 remote raid passes cost 525 in the shop. What's this crap about having the price at 585, cross it out then have it as a sale for the going price

Definitely deceptive to older players, but I wonder if newer players think about it any differently. Thanks for covering this. If the items in a box are all things I want, I'll consider it, but coming with various berries is just fluff.
