This is really disappointing. As someone who is looking forward to the game and will be purchasing it day one, it’s just sad that this happened.

Oh gee, i wonder why Nintendo is sooo litigious lately, i dont understand, they can’t see they do this for Game preservation or something? I mean if you dont preserve the Game BEFORE the official launch date and if they do It after the launch the Game is Lost FOREVER and becomes Lost media
