Seems to me that the join raid feature is to take traffic from 3rd party apps like poke genie. Kinda sucks

I definitly would buy the subscription service thing. I genuinely dont mind buying various things to help keep it free to play.
I suspect that the feature to join raids without invites will come hand-in-hand with a subscription service that allows you to access the feature, or perhaps the subscription will replace your need for raid passes for the given time you have it active and the ability to join without invites is just incentive to drive the subscription sales.
I started playing 8 months ago and was genuinely shocked and disgusted at the prices to be honest it's just too expensive
I got f**ked with my shiny celebi, it glitched. I closed my app and opened it, and It said the task was finished and got nothing.
I just want the shinies to be back from holidays, haven't seen one in a while. I think they do that on purpose, so you might buy the ticket for a higher chance to get shinies. It happened before in the period before go fest.

Only reason I could see people being mad about others joining their raid is if they’re doing a Low Man Challenge. But I imagine you could just use private lobbies to avoid that? I’d love to see the whales on my friends list joining my raids lol!
