  1. It looks like most people in my community don’t care about G max. No one was out playing this weekend.

  2. He's always positive in any situation, no matter how big it is. In this case, it's VERY BIG but I have a very small community…

  3. Took our group a minimum of 22 accounts, i got a 15/14/15 gmax chairzard so im happy with the 7 battles i was able to do

  4. Start with the most important "tip" which is too make sure there's will be at least 20 trainers. After that all of your tips apply.

But do not waste your time and emotional state by trying. Mantic made it impossible because even though there is no "timer on display" there is a timer. When that time is exceeded, the boys will lock you all out. So not only should there be enough, they need to be powered up and knowledge about how to battle.

  5. I live in a rural area and I tried and failed pretty quickly. I can't get more than 8 players

  6. How can anyone like this feature…it’s nothing but a major cash grab. These raids aren’t hard because hard would mean they require actual skill to beat them. Also, you can’t do anything with these D / G max pokemon besides use them in D / G raids.

  7. I don't mean to be that person, but you don't know what your audience is asking. The majority of players do not live in an area where they can access the Pokémon, much less get ahold of 30 other players. We are not able to travel or get dozens of people together like you can. This was a terrible execution from Niantic and they seem to do things for money sakes.

  8. i had a group of 19-24 people and were able to take them down when we all coordinated our teams. i was able to get the hundo 1651 charizard and a shiny blastoise!! definitely possible and had a blast

  9. you can dodge the attack by moving sideways when it alerts you they are going to attack. this is a must for survival.

  10. It is clear that you are one of Niantic who does not think about the community, only about your interests, because you live in a big city and you can upload content. Dinamax was a failure in the rest of the world.

  11. Dont give out the fxxking tips, you cant stop beginners join the raid with charmanders, thats their right, and they have the right in participation and enjoy the gmax, all the fault from niantic moron.

  12. Our group organized 2 healers/2 attackers in each group and 20 of us took down a venasaur on the second try. I can’t believe we even did it

  13. not sure why some of you are getting angry at Brandon for. he's not the one that developed the system – he's just here trying to make the best out of a bad situation.

  14. Hi Brandon! I want to thank you that you have come to us in Switzerland (Solothurn). I had a lot of fun and I finally could met you. Thank you for everything 🤩

  15. How to defeat a lot of gmax pokemon?

    – Be rich and buy tons of max particle.
    – Have so much free time to travel to big city or attraction just to catch a pokemon.
    – Play at least 100 hours of pokemon go per week catch hundreds or thousands of pokemons per day to have enough candy and stardust to upgrade dmax pokemons.
    – Do the raids at least 100 raids per rotation to have enough rare candy and XL to upgrade those gmax moves

  16. It was a blast meeting you! Even if we wouldnt have defeated anything, it was a great day. Thank you so much for visiting Switzerland. I wish you safe travels!

  17. There is a lot of cool stuff about this feature. Yesterday I actually met 30 other people when I went playing. That is awesome, because usually these days that dosen't happen, but this event got people out! The Gigantamax are cool, the shiny rate was really good. Nice XP, great with guaranteed rare XL Candy.

    On the downside:
    – That you need max-particles to upgrade moves on your dynamax/gigantamax is pretty stupid. I understand the whole max-particle cost of the battle itself, but not on the power ups… Because this basically means that powering up your Dynamax/Gigantamax will cost money.
    –  Really hard for rural players. It would be nice if there could be shared lobbies. So if people in a quite large radius or something could share lobby. I don't really see the downside of that.
    – It would be really cool if people in the same party would be in the same team when doing Gigantamax-battles. Because it's easier to strategise with people you are walking together with.
    – Some rare candies in the rewards would be nice.

I like that they are hard, but I think Niantic could have taken some steps for it to be more accessible for people:
    – Shared lobbies
    – Have a research that would give you one of each of the Gigantamax. So you could bring those in to the first battles.
    – Remove max-particles for max moves upgrades.
    – More Bulbasaurs, Squirtle and Charmander in the wild so new players can grind candies needed to getting improved max moves.
    – More in-game assistance to how you should prepare for a Gigantamax-battle

  18. I don’t believe anyone in my town was able to get a group together to defeat a gigantimax pokemon. we just weren’t able to organize a group of more than 10 people.

  19. Karlsruhe was super organized and even at the very end, when there were only a few people left, we managed the Gigantamaxraid of Charizard with 17 people. All this with good tactics in which the weak people strengthen the Dynawall and the fighting spirit for the strong players. Furthermore, we always had two full lobbies with 40 people, i.e. 120 counters. This made the Dynaraids a breeze😊
