We’ve found that the Wii U can burn eShop games to DVD-RAM and Blu-ray (BD-RE). I’ve tested all “R” discs from CD-R to BD-R, and none of those work. The only thing left to try are the various “RW” discs: CD-RW, DVD-RW, and DVD+RW.
