As most of you probably already know, Nintendo is moving legal action towards the creators of Palworld, but apparently the lawsuit is regarding game mechanics instead of egregiously almost identical creature designs like direhowl ( lycanrock ), robinquill (decidueye), lamball (wooloo), boltmane (luxray), list probably goes on…
The game not only look like ALL their creatures are made by some sort of Pokemon fusion algorithm, but also have blatant direct copies like the ones aforementioned, why isn't any of it relevant for the lawsuit ?
