Wireless Afterglow wave switch controller, half lights.



I just got this wireless Afterglow Wave switch controller for Christmas and only the lights on the Right side will light up…. Does it need to be returned or is there a fix? I can’t find a single thing online talking about this problem, does anyone have any ideas?

    there are a lot of cool light up pro controllers out there but a bunch of them are not for me because most of them come with the M1 + M2 or ML + MR buttons on the back and I hate back buttons like that. they feel wrong and always get in the way of my grip.
