Exactly as it says. The game you entered a code for is not available in the eshop. Was it a title that isn’t yet released or that was delisted?

Either the code’s already expired (possible if that Switch is from a really old stock for some reason), or that code is for some reason, not redeemable in your region.

Maybe the date on a switch is not the same as the real date?

It’s a region error, you’d have to change your account country on accounts.nintendo.com to use the code.
The code sheet looks like an EU one – if you’re already set to an EU country, possibly they didn’t bother setting up the offer in all EU countries, but it should work in major ones (UK/France/Germany/Italy/Spain).
