I’m with op. Why does Nintendo let this trash on the shop? Don’t remember the wii u or wii having low effort hentai porn games.

For whatever corporate reason, Nintendo have decided to allow smutty trash to be sold through the eShop, unlike with previous console generations.
This game may not fit the definition of p0rn to a tee, but it is clearly prurient content devoid of much value otherwise. Shame on Nintendo for allowing it, in what’s supposed to be the most kid-friendly console available.
