The Screen has been frozen all day



My switch has been stuck like this all day, even after a hard reset or battery drain it goes right back to this screen. How do I fix this?

    What did you do to hard reset ?

    There is a Recovery mode to factory reset the device (either save user data, or wipe).

    Try holding down the power button for a minute or so. After some time the switch will power off. Afterwards, hold it down to power it back on.
