I’ve heard the stories and seen the pictures but now it’s me, well, us. My husband bought me a physical game for Christmas (ordered from a well known online seller of things). He noticed that the plastic wrapper was open but didn’t think anything of it (he’s not a gamer). When I unwrapped it Christmas morning and I saw the opened wrapper I immediately thought “uh oh”. Opened the case and it was empty. Someone nicked the game cartridge.
Company was contacted and new one has shipped. Luckily I’m not a child who would have been devastated. Fingers crossed I get one this time.
