I don’t know if there’s a way around it for the switch specifically. But I’ll tell you an inconvenient workaround that works, that I used to have to do with my printer during college.
We had the same login type wifi in college, but my printer couldn’t go to the login page so it wouldn’t connect (like what you’re experiencing). What I did then is connect my laptop to the college wifi, and make a hotspot from my laptop. Then connect my printer to my laptop’s hotspot. And I would just leave my laptop hotspot on and leave the laptop charging. This will work with the switch, but it’s inconvenient ofc

If your wifi provides a 5 ghz signal u have to change the channel to something below 149
