100% worth it if you want something relaxing to play.

An absolute masterpiece in my opinion. If you like Stardew Valley and games in that genre, this is a must buy. I have it on PC and Switch and is one of the few games I have 100% achievements on Steam. Great gameplay and story. One small side note – you have to be okay with murdering a lot of fish.

Yes! It’s very fun, you spend mornings and afternoons diving for fish and resources, and run your sushi restaurant at night. I’ve enjoyed it a lot, and it has a ton of content and mechanics for a game seemingly about fish and sushi.

I found myself enjoying the restaurant simulator part way more than the diving lol. That being said, I still played around 30 hours and never beat it. I’d say it’s well worth it. Even if you don’t beat it like me, I still greatly enjoyed it

There’s lots of people who like giving these sly winks and say things like “oh, just wait until you’re 15 hours in!”
But it’s more of the same all the way through. The story is a lot longer than other games in this style and genre, but the gameplay doesn’t really get much deeper than it is at the 2 hour mark, it’s just an upgrade system beyond that.

It’s a good value for the money. The gameplay, while repetitive, is fun, and new mechanics are being added regularly to keep things fresh. Lots of little mini-games, sim-lite farming and management, and both combat and collection-based mini-bosses. Some real challenge in a couple of the fights, too (Klaus!).
I usually like to play a short game (>10 hours) after a long one as a palette cleanser, so I loaded this one up after finishing Xenoblade 2, and was surprised to find that you could probably sink 40+ hours into it if you wanted.
Overall, I’d say it’s worth it, especially if you liked the demo.

I will say, I didn’t finish the game as I felt the later parts became a bit of a chore. I greatly enjoyed my first couple of hours with it though, enough that i’d say it’s worth giving a try at least.

I tried the demo and really couldn’t get into it. A shame as I normally like this kind of game. I think that it just had a very effective marketing department.
It would be worth downloading the demo before buying, as whilst I didn’t like it at all, others have loved it, and that way you can decide whether or not it is for you before spending any money on it.

At a discount for sure. Even at full price I think it is worth it for 10 hours of game. It is a 30 hour game but after 10 it becomes a drag. But that first ten hours are pretty worth it and if you don’t burn out on it, even better.

Heard good things which is a shame it’s simply not for me.

I recently bought the game and played a bit from my PC and it was enjoyable. Then I picked up the ROG Ally X and it was a game changer (for me). Fairly easy to pick up and put down. Satisfying gameplay loop. Can easily put a couple hours into it without noticing. It’s already a pretty cheap game but on sale it’s a no brainer if you’re looking for something relatively chill to play.

I loved it. Haven’t seen a story through to the end in a while, until Dave. It’s fun, amusing, cute. I love the sushi service aspect. Girlfriend loves farming and fish keeping.

Yes you may not beat it all at once because, I don’t know how else to put it… the game has a lot of shenanigans kinda like wario ware or something. I am jumping back into act 4 or so and happy I’m giving it another try.

The first 3 hours made me think it’s the best video game model ever: a beautiful 2d pixel art game funded by a big company, so it gets a lot of content and collabs.
However, around 5 hours mark, I realized the core gameplay just isn’t enough to keep me invested longer than that. It’s a shame because if the gameplay loop was better it would have been like Hades for me with hundreds of hours invested.

I loved this game for a few hours and then VERY quickly got really bored of it. Like a surprisingly fast reversal haha. But it’s well done and fun, so it could still be worth buying.

I love it, but it’s definitely a handheld type of game. Something you can play while watching netflix. I really enjoyed a lot of it, but the boss battles SUCK!! Watch tutorials because the boss battles aren’t the clearest to overcome.
Most are silly. A few are frustrating as all heck.
