Lucky skill: Fast-Track 2
DC Hop has a very solid kit for Gauntlet, having both paralysis and flinch, reliable sustain from Recover, and omni-debuffs from Unfortuitous. He should be blitzing through quite a lot of solos, but unfortunately, his stats hold him back. His speed in particular is very low outside of terrain, making him almost dependent on Fast-Track 2 to see clears through.
For Raikou in particular, he has both Electric Guard and Lithe on his grid, which means he can freely use Fast-Track as his lucky skill. This is pretty much a flinch + Recover MPR check, though getting lucky with debuffs is also very useful.
Skill gears are shown at the end of the video, and while I don’t think they’re strictly necessary, the additional stats go a long way.
(That Hyper Beam miss at the end was very lucky, but it definitely isn’t needed as you can just flinch-lock or get more Recover MPRs.)
