I haven’t been able to play games with my friends I did a full factory reset on my switch restarted my wifi and used different wifi and I still get this whenever I try to play online, especially frustrating because I’ve been paying for a membership so I can play with my friends, it worked fine till this popped up now I can’t.

Console banned maybe
It’s a network problem. Your NAT is limited by your internet provider so you have to contact them. I had the same problem here too and they fixed it.
Likely a problem with your WiFi. Who is your internet provider?
I had a similar issue on PS4 with a specific game and on specific games.
Does this happen with multiple people/games?
In my case what we found was that games that had a server (like Overwatch) worked fine and games that were peer to peer (like Borderlands) did not.
