Personally I found the game rather juvenile and constantly at odds with what its tone was supposed to be.

Pretty much everything in this trailer is out of context clips from the ending lol.

Seeing them still promote this really gives me hope we’ll see more FDC titles in the future. Emio was legitimately my favourite Nintendo game in the past few years, I think there’s so much potential for future titles

I thought this was a story-expansion DLC announcement. Got this game a few months back and it’s in my backlog. I hope Nintendo does another printing if they’re going to promote it, it was always difficult to find on store shelves.

Wish they’d put this game on sale. I’m interested in trying it but I just can’t do 50 bucks for a visual novel.

Nintendo is actually based as fuck for promoting Emio when people are expecting Switch 2 news. More people should play it!

I don’t know anything about this but am interested. Don’t want to watch the posted video because it seems to have spoilers in it. Anybody want to help me out? In case it is at all relevant, I like some VNs. I had a good time with 999, and I started one of the Phoenix Wright games a year or so ago and was mostly enjoying it.

I love that the extra chapter straight up had an OVA in it done by Mappa. Needless to say, this extra chapter had my mouth agape watching it.

So I’m not hating on this at all but are these games any good I’m under the impression it’s like a reading a scary novel and if that’s the case y not watch it on YouTube or something no hate generally curios why ppl seem to love this series

More people need to give Emio a shot. It’s probably my favorite game Nintendo has made for the Switch.

Does anyone know why people are spamming ‘Water Buffalo’ in the YouTube comments for this promo? The only thing I uncovered about it, has something to do with the Switch 2.
It’s irritating because I feel like this spamming will deter people from playing the Famicon Detective games, which are the rare Mature rated games made by Nintendo.

Wish the first two games got physicals in the US.

Does anyone have a link to the full ending animation (from which this video takes clips from?) Nintendo’s been keen on taking down any and all uploads (I’ve played the game already and wanted to revisit it without having to load up the actual game)

I finally decide to play the demo yesterday and oh look at that, I can look at a woman’s chest and get reprimanded for it lol.

Emio was such a great game and I hope Nintendo makes more.

Emio was something else. It will top my “most under appreciated Nintendo game” list for a good while.

Why is everyone in the YouTube comments section talking about water buffaloes?
