I used 4 of those, Greninja, Garchomp, Talonflame and Lucario. Alakazam and Zangoose finished out my personal Elite 4 Roster.
Of course, given how easy X and Y were, it really doesn't matter.

3.5 out of 6. Point for veanasuar, lucario, and agislash and 1/2 a point for talonflame
What about sunshine island
On my 1st playthrough I used all of them but garchomp. Used Granbull instead. Also the duoblade was unevolved. Which means I didn’t find a dusk stone.

My final 6 pokemons for Elite Four and champions challenge were Greninja, Charizard, Lucario, Druddigon, Gardevoir and Xerneas

Final team will be Greninja(first time using), Venusaur, Aerodactyl, Heliolisk, Garchomp, and Chadelure
Charizard would be better than talonflame and you could swap venusaur with gogoat.
