I feel like he is must for players who needs a powerful Electric Attacker. I would probably scout him but I think he would rival Ash for strength since Florian's Buddy move giv e a whopping 10 Sync Moves Up Next which is disgustingly powerful.😅 So its a mixed bag for me.
