TIL Star Fox is a century old already. Time sure flies!

Feels less like “Nintendo doesn’t celebrate because they are humble” and more like “Nintendo doesn’t celebrate because they don’t even realize the timing and could care less about fan sentiment and doing fun fan service things”

Here’s a tip Nintendo… remake the game with nothing new but maxed out graphics for the switch 2 launch. Charge full price. You’re welcome

    Edit: this is sarcasm everyone…

100th Anniversary of Nintendo, not Star Fox. Just to clarify the confusing title.

This headline made me first think it was about Star Fox, then about Nintendo, which I guess is the point.

Nintendo may be old but they didn’t enter video games until the 70s.

The headline is doing a lot of heavy lifting, there’s not really a story here. Credit to OP for posting the transcript.

Sounds like Nintendo. Play is a business and business is good.

I thought that they released the Gameboy on their 100th anniversary.
