I’ve gotten Sinnoh Upgrade a bunch of times, and it’s a pretty good one to work with. Definitely one of the better regional ones for me.
0:10 – Strike + Field vs. Grass-weak Bruno: EX-R Variety Hop / EX-R Geeta / EX-R N
I’ve gotten this combo for Area 1 a bunch of times before so I already know what to expect, and both options are pretty good. I once again got a Strike-heavy rotation, which is fun but like I’d want some variety haha.
1:35 – Strike + Tech vs. Electric-weak Acerola: EX-R SS Hau / EX-R SC Barry / EX-R Classic Blue
Was thinking if I should use Hau for this stage where he’s on-type or save him for later, ended up with the former since the second Strike + Tech stage is still relatively early.
2:53 – Strike + Sprint vs. Psychic-weak Marshal: EX-R SS Gladion / EX-R SS Nemona / EX-R SS Lear
I would usually use Rei over Lear here, but wanted to save him for the second Strike-Sprint stage for the upgrade bonus.
4:24 – Field + Support vs. Poison-weak Wallace: EX-R Variety Marnie / EX-R Variety Thorton / EX-R SS Morty
6:30 – Galar Upgrade purchase
Went with it since there are a few stages in the latter half where I won’t have a Sinnoh unit, and it ended up being useful.
6:42 – Strike + Field vs. Poison-weak Blue: EX-R Akari / EX-R Mix Blue / EX DC Marnie
Dark Zone gaming. I didn’t realize I gridded Fierce Entry on Akari so that turn 1 TM was useless lol
8:27 – Strike + Tech vs. Fighting-weak Cynthia: EX-R Klara / EX-R Dahlia / EX-R Anni Lillie
Recently gave Dahlia cake for Super Sparring so I get to bring her here for the double upgrade bonus with Klara.
10:02 – Tech + Sprint vs. Fairy-weak Bruno: EX-R SS Wally / EX-R TCG Hop / EX-R Classic Elesa
A super-effective stage for best boy? I’ll take it. Quite excited to use TCG Hop for the Steel-weak DC coming up this week too.
11:32 – Strike + Support vs. Rock-weak Blue: EX-R NC Marnie / EX-R Emma / EX-R Penny
Running Penny and Marnie together is counterintuitive since Penny’s sustain takes away Marnie’s multiplier, but that’s just something I have to deal with for the sake of more points.
13:44 – Strike + Sprint vs. Psychic-weak Bruno: EX-R Rei / EX-R NC Silver / EX-R Arc Cynthia
If you noticed, all nine of the areas were Champion Stadium stages, and mostly easy ones at that. That’s the kind of luck I need for all of my Battle Rallies.
15:51 – Strike + Support vs. Argenta: EX-R Arc Cynthia / EX-R NC Bianca / EX-R NC Blue
I was ready for this stage to be one of the hard ones coz of my luck in the past areas, but nope this rally was pretty much everything I could’ve asked for, barring a Lucky Area appearance haha.
