I just got mine through Walmart. I got in line earlier but figured I wouldn’t get through, just happen to open up the Walmart website and the left hand corner told me I had 7min left to buy lol. I got super lucky that I checked again.

Stay on it! I got mine thru Best Buy. After 20 minutes in the queue, just before they brought me to the checkout site I was forced to sign back in to my account. Just be on it and watch that browser window or app!

Honestly I think it is just cruel that over half an hour after they start taking preorders it still says “you’re in line” with no indicator of where you are at in line. There is a snowball’s chance in hell they will get one but still leave them waiting.

If it helps anyone: I got a preorder at Best Buy by opening different tabs and adding all the variants of Switch 2 (memory card bundles, etc.) into my cart and joining each line. Eventually one of the lines let me in, and I removed the memory card from the cart and got the bundle.

Had it in a Target cart. Could not place order. Kept getting error message. Target eventually removed it from cart.
Simultaneously, in line for Wal-Mart for over an hour. Finally my turn. In cart. Cannot buy, no longer available. I spam it until it no longer gives me the option and tells me it’s sold out.
Best Buy can’t pre-order for 30 minutes, then inexplicably goes live, but puts me in another line. An hour goes by, I’m booted from the queue with an error message. I try again. Line. Wait. Booted. Line. Wait. Booted.
I go back and try the regular Switch 2 instead of the Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle on all sites – still nada. After 2 hours of exhausting all options and being way past my bedtime, I wasn’t able to pre-order a Switch 2.
Feels bad man.
