Why
These could have all been real games you went to the store to buy digital points?

Holy damn. Could you count it up and give us a number?

That is a shit ton of eshop funds. How big is your digital library my dude? I think you may have a scratch card addiction.

Going by your other comment, that averages to $100 per month. Really not bad at all. A lot of people spend way more than that on far worse.
I’m more curious why these seem to be on your garage floor.
VisibleFun9999
You wasted a lot of money.
OatmealExpress
Reminds me of when Amazon used to sell eshop cards at a small discount. At one point I spent $180 in one sitting for $200 of Nintendo money.

But why?

Do you play and complete all the games you buy?
Lepruk
Heh it’s weird thing to collect but sort of cool to see them all stacked up like that, I’m sure you could do an art project with them, or continue to collect the different kinds. I assume you have lots of alt. arts in the stacks?
You must be really happy with Switch 2’s backwards compatibility and eshop library carrying over especially with that amount of digital games.
Any standout hidden gems in your memory other than the common stuff people always say like 1st party, Celeste, hollow knight etc?

Why do 10/20$ increments?? Why not 50/100$ if spending over 3K?
pokemonfitness1420
Mand then there’s me, making a list of pros and cons about if i deserve a switch 2 or not
anonymous_lighting
why not buy digitally lol
Big-chung-us
Your top 5 most played games??? And the 5 worst games you own / regret buying??

I do the same for my Xbox cards (by far not that many!!!) and plan to do the same with Nintendo ones.
I posted my collection a couple of weeks ago. My collection dates back to 2011, but it’s smaller than yours since I wa primarily a physical gamer. I’ve been decluttering and actually sold off the majority of my game collection, but can’t bring myself to throw these away yet.
Hope you’re getting these at some sort of discount. Costco offers a $50 card for $45, and sometimes at Christmas they offer them for $40. Also hope you’re in a state that doesn’t have sales tax, or your switch thinks that you are 😉

Hope you used Dekudeals. I’m not a physical only type person, but I have found that prices at retail are often much cheaper than going the digital route. As a frugal person I tend to go for physical alot.
Think the most I’ve spent on the Eshop is a couple hundred dollars. One full priced game Splatoon 3, then some 3rd parties, indies, and dlc for stuff like MH Rise and Botw.
