you may ask why I used Leon here instead of round 1. reason is simple. the Stevens can’t really do much in fire 3v1 stage. so used Leon here. NC Leaf is also 1/5 so I had to depend of Leon’s B move only. You can call this clear as fraud but hey, I did use Steven! So don’t @ me. this stage is so bad for Leon, I mean teddy just spams and spams and spams and the burn recoil just ticks and ticks and ticks. so I just sat down and tried to sleep lock the thing. SC Steven helped with speed buffs.
