I don’t mind the event overload but I’m not a fan how every event comes with a ticket. Niantic be wanting players to spend like $5-$8 a week in tickets lol
I was looking at the calendar and I said the same thing. I do not mind! It has been a relaxing last few weekends. Gotta get in shape for Jersey Go Fest 😂

Honestly when there is no event this game is trash. Spawns suck the need to change them cause it’s just so boring. Don’t really mind all the events

Most of the events feel pretty skippable, and the ones that introduce new content/quests can be done pretty much for free in a day or so. Unless you're shiny-hunting, which seems to have become the main focus of the big spenders. Also Dynamax feels pretty arbitrary when you have Gigantamax Pokemon being regularly released.

We need to talk about how charged tm’s are becoming a scarcity. I pretty much dont build any older pokemon at this point because you can burn through 20-30 tm’s to get the moves you need. Even with smaller pools, they keep going back and forth on the same two. I am ready to start using an elite tm on pokemon like Lucario, Claydol, Ampharos etc because they collect dust and I need more charged tms for frustration too!!
Daxi posted about this too. The thing is, if there weren't any events, the same type of videos would be posted about no events. Don't get me wrong! I'm with you AK! I'm not doggin you. My beef is just the cost each time.

I think this overlap seems pretty reasonable. Rocket taking over event is normal, and if you are out there hunting grunts, you are bound to pass by some power stops. Grab the MP and power up your max moves, and doing a new dmax legendary. I would do one for dex, then use the MP for moves.

The boosted shiny pokemon have been nice but unfortunately this semester has been rough so I've missed most of these events
I think it's funny when AK talks about a Mega from a game that's not even out yet when we don't even have metagross, camerupt, or sharpedo from a game that came out 11 years ago.

Pokemon go without events is kinda boring, not that I mind, but I'm not going all out then. I just grind items and use my go plus to catch, events make the game, most mobile games rely on events to keep interest.

Don't rush bisharp evolution i bet it will not only get a com day like pawmi is getting but easier evolution requirement and most important part is a com day move in the future they did the same with primeape evolution last year then it got a com day later that year.

Shadow Dialga is terrible dude, its not worth leveling beyond 40 at all. Save your XL for Origin Dialga with Roar of Time.
If you work on the weekend research for Suicune during Max Monday, you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone….without spending any money….
