The May 2025 update on Nintendo’s EULA prevents users from filing class-action lawsuits against them

Been seeing this constantly pop up with other companies. Remember the Disneyland guy who can't sue for his wife's fatal allergic reaction because he agreed to Disney+ EULA? Yeah, can't believe Nintendo to be one of them as well now.

Despite being "neutral," corporations win arbitration 90%+ of the time.

Users will also waive the right to file class-action lawsuits against them.

What sucks is that while you can opt out of this, they make it almost impossible to do so by requiring you to physically mail them a letter (good luck overseas users) within 30 days of agreeing to the new EULA.
