This may perhaps be a little boring, but I think a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon team would be cool! Specifically, the Pokemon that are members of the Wigglytuff guild in Explores of Sky, as it has a wide variety of options. If you weren’t aware, the Mystery Dungeon games are about groups of Pokemon going on missions into randomly generated dungeons, to save other Pokemon from various disasters. The Wigglytuff guild is just essentially a massive group comprised of smaller rescue teams, similar to how a DnD guild would be comprised of several separate parties.
Here’s the list of Pokemon that are members of the guild:
Wigglytuff is, of course, the leader and guild master. If you go for this challenge, you’ll pretty much be required to add them to the team I think.
Chatot is Wigglytuff’s assistant. They are very close.
Bidoof
Croagunk
Sunflora
Corphish
Loudred
Both Diglett and Dugtrio
Chimecho
And finally the player character and their chosen partner. In Explorers of Sky, the playable characters consist of Pikachu, Eevee, Vulpix, Phanpy, Skitty, Shinx, Riolu, and the first stage starter Pokemon from generation 1-4. What starter they get to be is not directly decided, but is rather given to them by the game based on a prior personality quiz. They then pick from a similar pool to determine their partner, while adding Meowth and Munchlax for whatever reason. The only limitation being that you’re not allowed to choose a partner that is the same type as the player character, so if you end up playing as Eevee, your partner can’t be Meowth, Skitty, or Munchlax.
You could play the quiz yourself to determine which Pokemon the player character would be, or simply choose from the available pool.
The final, most important thing, however, is that in mystery dungeon, Pokemon DO NOT EVOLVE for the duration of the main story. That is something you unlock in the post game. This is why I specified which stage of evolution everyone is. As you can’t start with fully evolved Pokemon like Wigglytuff or Sunflora, you would be allowed to start with their pre evolved forms, and then allow them to evolve up to their final stages. However, Pokemon such as Bidoof and Croagunk would not be allowed to evolve at any point, and while Whismur could evolve into Loudred, it could not evolve further into Exploud. The only exception is Diglett and Dugtrio, because both Pokemon are represented by separate characters, but IDK why you’d use a Diglett over a Dugtrio.
I hope all of that was concise. I understand if you pass up on this idea, because it’s too boring or specific or complicated, but thought I’d throw it out there regardless.

I owe you some major thanks for getting me into PokéRogue! After having missed out on about a decade of competitive Pokémon, your explanations have been incredibly helpful in getting me up to speed. Floor 165 is my personal best so far, but I'm getting closer!
I definitely prefer themed teams over more traditional type-based teams. I'll throw out a Pokémon Contest challenge! I think must haves would be a Milotic and a Cosplay Pikachu, but the rest would be open ended. For further challenge, you could limit yourself to the Hoenn Regional Dex, and a maximum of only five Pokémon, one of each category.

I'm a big fan of the theme type teams! It makes it not only interesting to see which Pokémon you pick, but how you justify them being tied to the theme! I was also a big fan of how you nicknamed the Pokémon in this. Tyrogue being Little Mac is perfect.
