I've seen speculation that the screen is glass and that it's laminated, but no actual confirmation. Like this article.

But Nintendo Europe has posted the Switch 2 health and Safety document, and it says the Switch 2 has a film you shouldn't remove.
"The screen is covered with a film layer designed to prevent fragments scattering in the event of damage. Do not peel it off"
The original V1 and V2 Switch didn't have this film because the touch screen was plastic. The oled has this warning because it has a glass touch screen. The reason to use glass is because the lcd and the digitizer are fused together. That's called a laminated screen.
This leads me to say the Switch 2 has a glass touch screen and a laminated display. Not as good as OLED of course. But a laminated screen has the advantage of a bit better picture quality, and a bit less reflective. Still, the plastic film can get scratched, so get a screen protector on your Switch 2 day one!
