I'm noticing something a bit odd with Switch 2, and at first I thought it was something with the Switch 1 backward-compatibility, but I'm seeing the same exact thing happening in Mario Kart World.
For some reason, lots of things (mostly text and outlines of 2d graphics) look jagged, like there's no anti-aliasing being applied. I immediately noticed it in Splatoon 3, given that it has lots of white text; all the text looked crunchy/jagged, compared to Switch 1.
Then I checked MKW, and the same thing was happening. Text looked jagged around the edges, and certain 2D graphics looked jagged too.

Even on the system menu, text looks noticeably jagged and low quality.

I thought it might be the capture card that I'm using, but even when using the device in handheld mode, it looks the same. All jagged with no antialiasing.
Is this intentional? It looks…..not good. It feels like there's some upscaling / scaling shenanigans going wrong.
