Fuck Best Buy. That was a terrible experience. We were in the pre order line for almost 3 hours. When we finally made it in the store it took about 2 minutes to get them to get our console after they tried to hassle us on saving money and applying for the Best Buy credit card and buying insurance for the console. Awful experience. I will skip the midnight launch next time.

$95 for a set of joycons is the nail in the coffin for me. After what unbelievable pieces of straight fucking shit the originals were, that they never attempted to fix and just continued to sell knowing full well they are faulty as fuck… I just can’t.
Also amibo prices are up too? They are not Switch 2 amibos, they are simple NFC tags, same as always. This is getting a bit much.
I’ll pay $80 for a game if it’s worth it, Nintendo games almost always are and keep their value for resale once you finish it. But I’m not even going to attempt this if the one thing I know for a fact was broken on the original ends up being just as broken again.

Pre ordered the switch 2 and picked it up last night. They had two lines, one for pre orders one for non. I selected memory card and pro controller. They were sold out by the time I got to the front of both of those. There were about 30 people in front of me for pre orders and about 70 behind me, there were about 75 people in the non pre order line. Kind of questioned why they allowed everyone to buy 2 of everything.. should have been 1 per guest since they had such limited stock.
