Nintendo Should Allow You To Install Switch 1 Cartridges Directly to Internal Storage
Someone on YouTube tested Metroid Dread loading times on Switch 2 and internal storage was 8.734 seconds faster. The option to copy the game data onto the internal storage would be really nice for those who opted to buy their Switch 1 games physically.
I remember the Xbox 360 used to let you choose between running on the disc and copying to your HDD, and on the PS4/PS5, all games are copied to internal storage anyway.
This would also alleviate game-key cards, because devs could opt to put their Switch 2 games on carts with Switch 1 speeds, and make the user copy it to their console. This allows the game to be fully preserved on cartridge while letting devs save costs on more speedy Switch 2 carts.
