Hello,
Just picked up a switch 2 and was curious what exclusive puzzle games are out there on the switch (as in are not also available on PC or any other platform).
I'm aware of the following (included a couple of ports from other Nintendo consoles):
Nintendo Switch
- Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain
- BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL! (Added from comment)
- Catherine: Full Body (Available on other consoles, only "Catherine" available on PC, added from comment)
- Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (Wii U Port)
- Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics
- Dr Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch (Unavailable in the US)
- Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy
- Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle
- Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
- Mario vs. Donkey Kong (Added from comment)
- Picross Series (See https://www.nintendo.com/us/search/#cat=gme&f=softwareDeveloper&softwareDeveloper=Jupiter%20Corporation)
- Doraemon & F Characters Edition
- Kemono Friends Picross
- Lord of the Nazarick
- Mega Drive & Mark III Edition
- Namco Legendary Edition
- Records of the Shield Hero
- S 1-9
- S+ (Port of the Picross E series from the 3DS)
- Pokémon Café ReMix
- Puzzle Bobble / Bust-a-Move (16-Bit Console Version) (Added from comment)
- Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! (Added from comment)
- Snipperclips
- Suika Game (A lot of clones on the PC though, unsure if a 1:1 PC port exists, was ported to Android/IOS though)
- Tetris 99
- Yumeiro Yuram (Added from comment, unavailable in the US)
Nintendo Switch 2
- Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S (A few additional features over the PC port)
NSO
- Adventures of Lolo (NES) (Added from comment)
- Mario Picross (GB) (Added from comment)
- Panel de Pon (SNES) (Added from comment)
I'm aware NSO also has a good amount but I haven't spent the time to look through that catalog just yet so any puzzle highlights from that would be appreciated as well!
Any others I might be missing? Any favorite puzzle games you keep coming back to (including what's on this list, I haven't played every single title)?

There should be a new entry in the Professor Layton series sometime this year
Picross is loads of fun and I feel like it’s pretty slept on despite there being a few releases. The gameplay is super easy to pick up, but there’s loads of depth that will keep anyone busy for ages. It’s especially suited to old 8/16-bit graphics, so I feel like it’s perfect for “gamers.”
Lumines is a great puzzle game from the PSP.
Not sure how exclusive it is, but it’s easily top 5 puzzle games.
It’s not exclusive but Baba Is You plays great on Switch and is a super fun puzzle game.
My favorite Nintendo exclusive puzzle game ever was Pushmo on 3DS. I really hope they bring it back on Switch 2.
There’s the Mario vs. Donkey Kong remake
Boxboy!
Catherine: Full Body is an interesting take on an action puzzle game. Highly recommend if you’re into anime, but it does contain mature themes. Its not for everyone, but the gameplay is excellent imo.
The Jupiter Pictoss S series. They released a Sega Masters version which was a fun nostalgia trip.
Just going to bump Captain Toad and Clubhouse Games, both are great at what they are trying to do.
Adventures of Lolo is a good one on the NES Classics app, as well as Panel de Pon on the SNES app
Not exclusive but available in switch, if you’re big fan of puzzle games, try lorelei and the laser eyes
Puzzle Bobble. It’s kinda like tetris, only color matching and aiming.
I’m going to mention Tetris Effect, not because it’s exclusive, but because it has cross play with other systems. If you want a portable version of the game, that might be the way to go.
I wish they’d remake/remaster Cuboid for the PS3 it was really cool
Pokemon Puzzle League (NSO Nintendo 64)
Yumeiro Yuram
Baba is you. Not exclusive but great and challenging
