To max a zacian and zamazenta eith eveything is to take like 100euro to max it one zacian.

I duoed it without max mushrooms and it isn’t even hard. Zacian triple resists dragon pulse and zamazenta takes ice beam so well and even when lapras is enraged, we can last 4 max phases without shielding

The reality is this isn't a high strategy difficult level play type of game. This is a collection game with a bit of health benefit based around FOMO. It always has been. If you want some strategy there is battle league, but even then this isn't a skill based game in the end. The mechanics are simple and it's there to blow time. So yeah it's easy. Get a couple good counters and spam and that is the extent of strategy in this game. The idea that it's accessible to all isn't a surprise.
I don't know that they will nerf them as the strategy isn't why people play. If it was they would play a real strategy game. This game is a time blowing collection game. They don't need to worry about it being balanced except in pvp and even then it's really about putting in more matches than almost anything. As long as they keep releasing new things to miss out on the game will continue to do what it's doing.

Just as a heads up for anyone trying to solo or duo Pokemons, the reason why Lapras is relatively easy is because gets all its tankiness from the high HP, since Raids and Max battles have a fixed HP for all the Pokemons at the same tier then the only relevant stats are Atk and Def, but Lapras has a really low Def, around the same as Flareon and less than Mewtwo so as a result feels squishy for a Max/Raid boss.
Within the first few seconds and you can already tell he's "higher" than usual lol
I know what broken means but you can bet that if I was a cynical game dev I you make a point of fixing broken (nerfing) and say you said it was broken we fixed it. And they are good very good. Eespecially for people whodon't have many to play with. Which was what we asked for. But maybe take out remote from gmax to easy with 40 in a lobby. Gmax was a fun challenge now it is braindead farming SD and XP like 5*

Easier Gigantamax are okay and needed to get a larger amount of people to even care about this part of the game.
A lot of people just skip that part of the game because they've seen how out of reach it was to even attempt.
Otherwise I bet enthusiasm and hype will go down and it might be a loss for the game company overall. Some people like us in this community are happy to have challenging and demanding part of the game but it's not for everyone. In june I was able to gather people for the 3 Gigantamax Starters but this week-end we were less than half of the players for Lapras and I anticipate a similar low turnout for Gmax Butterfree. At least we can invite remote players now.
I hope you see this in time for tomorrow – we just got a few stops lured up, put on Special Rend, and sat in one place. Worked much better than walking, especially if you're not interested in Spinda. Good luck!
