Nintendo Switch

OH, BANANA! (3d printed dock cover)

I've been playing Donkey Kong Bananza a lot, and I was inspired to create this 3d printed Switch 2 docking station cover with the classic DK barrel. I thought you all might appreciate it, and if you have access to a 3d printer you can get the model for free here:

This is amazing. What printer did you use?

My question would be is it safe with the cooling system for the switch 2 and its dock?

  3. Anyone able to get this uploaded to CraftCloud? Was trying to see how much it would be to print it but it keeps saying it can’t detect the geometry of the print.

Either the image is very noisy or your Switch is very filthy…

Uh oh, don’t show Nintendo bc they will ban you for modding!

Careful now, if you use an unofficial item it will get you bricked

  7. And you’re giving away the stl for free? Absolute gigachad. I just upgraded from the A1 mini to the A1, excited to print this bad boy out.

Nintendo should be making and selling cool little things like this for Switch, maybe special edition docks get some more like this than just prints on the dock. But that’s too far fetched.

Now you’ve doomed yourself in to having to print a new one for every major game release that you play.

Nintendo leaves so much money on the table by refusing to do cool shit like this

  11. It’s crazy how little fun Nintendo is having with the switch hardware. I feel like if it were 20
Years ago we’d get so many fun versions like this.
