This is a 3-years old model I reworked recently to improve the proportions. This iteration is made from a 68x68cm square of kraft paper, it still has some faults like the neck being too long that i'll try to correct for the next one. I want to fold the 2-color version next and the design will be completed.
Vaporeon is my all time favourite so I've been happy to work on it again. The neck frill has always been the main challenge in the design, the cool thing about it is that every vaporeon model I see out there seems to handle it in a different way.
