    Also the Monster Hunter Stories games and the upcoming Digimon Story: Time Stranger have rideable creatures. Honkai is being used as an example of how overreaching the mount patent claim is, so it shouldn’t be a patent at all if it is a feature so basic.

    In this case I think I agree with the lawyer.

  4. Nintendo won’t care if the game is available on the Switch, also don’t have the guts to go after Hoyo if it wasn’t available.

    Nintendo only cared about Palworld because it got very closely tied to Sony

    Since Hoyo is more concerned with mobile games and doesn’t overlap with Pokemon’s target audience, Nintendo realistically shouldn’t care, unless it impacts their existing Palworld case
