I've been having fun drawing new megaevolutions for underrated Pokémon who don't get enough love lately, so here's my take on a possible megaevolution of Huntail and Gorebyss!
Mega Huntail:
-Type: Water/Electric
-Ability: Galvanize – "Normal-type moves become Electric-type moves. The power of those moves is boosted a little."
-Description: Upon megaevolution, this Pokémon develops organs under its skin which allow it to generate powerful electrical currents. With no need to rely on its lure strategy anymore when hunting, Huntail throws caution out the window while in this form, lashing out at anything that moves with reckless abandon using its sharp trident tail and electricity.
Mega Gorebyss:
-Type: Water/Fairy
-Ability: Misty Surge – "Turns the ground into Misty Terrain when the Pokémon enters a battle."
-Description: Mega Gorebyss thinks itselt the most beautiful of the sea, which often causes rivalries to spark with nearby Milotic. When two Mega Gorebyss meet, they will compete over which one has the longer snout, which they see as a measure of beauty. While out at sea, a school of Luvdisc can often be seen following this Pokémon, attracted by its tail covered in heart scales, making for a beautiful spectacle.
