I came up with an Idea of a Vulpix Evolution with a Dawn Stone. Meet Vulmiko the Miko/Kitsune Pokemon. This Pokemon is a mediator between humans and Pokemon. It is said that Vulmiko can speak the human language. Vulmiko helps humans in Lavender Town to speak to talk to their dead Pokemon to find peace in the afterlife.
