Does anyone feel like the sky is blue lately?
Ya, the game has too many gambling bottlenecks. Eggs are only one. It's already a gamble on what comes out, then they stack a gamble on what you get from a spin.
The bigger issue imho is that it's optimized for people who spend to gamble. Since most people who run channels spend on the game, advice videos are always bent towards advice that fits that play style. Someone else was saying they think the game is getting boring, but the problem is really that they spend to rush through everything. Doom comments like the game is going to run out of content. They only think that way because they drop buck to do a hundred raids. If they were stuck behind the time gate and slow drip like the average player, they'd be getting bad IVs and waiting for the event to come back.
If you think the game feels like gambling, try playing it with a completely f2p account for a year. Hatching eggs one at a time, only one raid a day. Some people feel like spending gets around gambling, but it just skips the long wait for it to pay out. It's like buying 10 boxes of card packs instead of buying a pack a day. Asking if the game feels like gambling only proves the distorted experience. If you played the game at it's base design you wouldn't even ask.
Pokémon in general has always been gambling, especially TCG. I believe that's partly why it's popular,, it creates addiction & fomo.

Last wendsday I did 20 remote raids I finaly get 100% Origin Palkia, I threw 15 excellent throws with golden berry and it escaped I felt like someone put a sword through my chest
During 15 October 2025 all players experience to level changes??? Even though for example players on the way to level 50 because not enough XP but on October 15th the player are not level 49 but already increases to more than level 50 due to smaller level gap or lesser XP requirements compare to the previous one.
The Excellent Throw, Small Circle when the Legendary Pokemon breaks out of the ball reminds me of the Mechanical Claw trying grab the prize, but the claw loses grip on the prize.

1-500 for shiny is a lie there pokemon i am pushing 5000 checks and still no shiny this game is rigged and big youtubers have boosted account but fail to tell ppl that part

If Niantic ever wants to have people buy their monthly pass without skipping a beat, make a bronze bottlecap exclusively for PoGo that only gives hyper training for 1 point for 1 IV.
It would sell like hotcakes I'm sure.
Just add different section for each egg type they legit would make more money because would just be refilling the egg type you wanted to hatch.
It's worse than gambling they legit add locks to the game such as cannot catch if going to fast,if game not know your location even research pokemon are not catchable,limit on doing the free rocket grunts to make radars as well,ect pretty sure catch/shiny rate is reduced the more you catch as well because my alt i only use once a week has better shiny rate even back to back wild shinies outside of com day.
When you said 4000 i was curious and sure there was no way I've hit that yet but I went though pokedex and I know this isn't fully accurate I have no way to remember how many seen/caught legendary raid where prior to shiny releases but by a rather crude rough estimate I'm about half way to shundo legendary odds
20 excellent throws on shadow hundo groundon and i lost it
I did over 440 groudon raids to encounter and then catch my first hundo Groudon.. on the weekend, did over 120 shadow groudon raids and the highest iv encountered was 15/15/11.
I wish Timer Balls were available in Pokémon GO that would be very useful for Legendary Raids
My kid got the 3 segment dundparce first try!!! He doesn’t even have the regular dundunsparce in his Pokédex. It’s still greyed out 😂😂
