Corporations, governments, banks, basically the rich and powerful are smashing the economy, creating a really shitty world for us where we can’t even afford groceries, and we are targeting everyone except who is causing the issues.
Nintendo isn’t greedy at all. PS5 Pro did the exact same thing, and there’s literally no games using the “pros” power at all, and the same issues occurred and same boycott / news.
Games on all systems right now are $120 (AUD) but somehow Mario Kart World got the brunt of it.
Nintendo maybe didn’t hand out enough Dev kits for devs and maybe they didn’t get enough exclusives on launch, but at the end of the day it’s still your choice what to buy.
Consumers, creating angst against something they don’t want to consume, is absolutely insane.
If you think Nintendo are a scam, or are scamming, or are greedy, then naturally people will not follow or purchase and naturally they’ll feel it.
That’s how it works…. Why the constant social media bullshit and hate, it’s so draining…
I’m a massive Nintendo fan, do I think Galaxy 1 and 2 pack is a rip off? Yes, I do. Am I rewards for already owning Galaxy two times as a long time fan? No, I’m not. Does it annoy me? No, I’m just not gunna buy it lol.
Will Nintendo feel that? Yes, if people feel that way they’ll see it was a bad idea.

Nintendo certainly deserves criticism, but I don’t think these claims make sense. They urge you to buy the alternatives, but all the other current gen consoles are getting *more* expensive 5 years after launch.
The price of the S2 at launch might very well be the cheapest it ever gets, so there is actually some urgency. If the price does go up, it’s not Nintendo who we should be boycotting…
