Pheromosa origami I designed, finally complete after years of block

65x65cm sheet, it's the same type of paper I used for my Mega-Mawile
This is probably the hardest model I ever designed so I'm glad I was finally able to fold a satisfactory version. I designed it about 3 years ago, attempted to fold it with the thin papers I had at the time, saw that the arms and neck ended up thicker than they were wide, and gave up due to these physical blocks.
Then I worked on other models and stuff, while wondering how the heck people made these super-thin insect legs or if they used different papers and such.
When I folded Mega-Mawile 2 months ago, I realized the paper used for it would probably work for Pheromosa as well, so I took another shot at it. It took me several sketches and one first clean version to finalize the proportions, and this is the second clean version.
I tried ways to make the antennas and veil longer but this is as far as I could get without cutting the limbs. There is material to handle the rings on the body as well but I didn't manage to do it in my sculpt.
Pheromosa is one of my favourite pokemons so I'm very happy I managed to get past that roadblock and finish the model.
