Front, side & back view of the model folded from a 65x65cm sheet
During summer I worked on designing a mega-mawile model, it took a lot of tries but I eventually reached a level of proportions, details and color change that seemed like a good compromise. Then two months ago I managed to fold an ok version of it. I had to use thin wrapping paper to be able to compress the base of the hair and the neck enough. Due to this being so thin I did not manage to shape it as well as I would have liked (also, this thing is hard to photograph, it's not very rigid).
The model is made to support color change with a 2-color paper, but I currently don't have any colored paper that's thin enough to fold this, oh well.
